To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of staff, promote the healthy and stable development of company. The Labor Union was officially set up in Mianyang Pulse Electronics Co., LTD on April 12th, 2012 with independent legal qualification. There are 3 LU divisions and 34 LU groups, more than 1900 members joined in LU totally.

At the same time, to protect the rights and interests of staff more effectively, LU committee, fund inspection committee, female worker committee, dispute coordination committee, labor and social safeguard and supervision committee were established. They all play an important role in LU functional organization.

We also hired cadres who have strong working ability, prestige and legal consciousness to stand up for staff’s rights. Based on constitution of our company, all staff are divided into 34 groups and each group has one leader. Now there are more than 80 cadres in LU to take responsibility of the LU work.
